Please fill out the relevant fields to apply for access to the facility. Note that any work performed with in the facility is at the discretion of the facility’s scientific advisory panel.

On successful application to perform work in the PRL facility specific equipment will become bookable through the online ULab facility. It is recommended that users of the facility register for ease of future booking. However, this is not a requirement, booking can be manually scheduled by emailing a Work Form to the facility manager at PRL@ed.ac.uk.

N.B. in using the PRL facility, you agree to credit the PRL facility in any published works using material generated through its use.
